Hello Davenport Friends and Neighbours,
Summer is now in full swing! With graduations over and summer activities in the city in full force it is so great to be out and about in Davenport.
My bi-weekly Davenport Federal E-Updates will be paused until the first week the House of Commons is back in session (ie. week of September 18).
I will be out and about in Davenport over the next 4 weeks, so to stay on top of what I am up to please follow me on social media for updates from across the riding: Facebook, Instagram or Twitter @juliedzerowicz.
Over the summer we will be reviewing the format and process of the Davenport Federal Email Updates and how we can make this a better communication tool for you! If you have any thoughts or suggestions to contribute, kindly send them to Daria in my office.
I am looking forward to heading to the doors and attending local events this summer. If you or your organization would like me to attend a particular event, kindly send any invitations to julie.dzerowicz@parl.gc.ca or call my office at 416-654-8048.
And please come by to see me at the Big on Bloor Festival on July 15 & 16. I will be hosting a booth on both days from 1pm to 5pm just outside my office.
We have a very short update focused on the wildfires, the first ever National Adaptation Strategy and an update on inflation & affordability. Read it here.
Wishing you a fun-filled Canada Day weekend!
And as always Davenport TO, it’s a true honour and pleasure to serve you!
My best regards,
Julie Dzerowicz
